[Blazblue Continuum Shift]

So after having the game for almost 2 weeks now, it's looking like as of 1.00, the tier lists are pretty much the same with the exception of a couple of people. The characters who lost priority or the ability to connect old BnBs together, pretty much got other ways to connect them. Rachel's a good example. Even though she's D tier, she's got the potential. The character changes pretty much made it though, that you have you relearn her. Tager's damage prorates really fast once you hit about 10 hits. One of the combos I used to do would have him doing no damage by the time I got to the MagnaTech Wheel part of the combo. He does have his new move, Gadget Finger that can help in continuing combos, much like Ragna's move that picks up a downed opponent.

As for Arakune, I have mixed feelings about him. IMO, he really didn't get nerfed with the way how his bugs and curse work now. Like everyone's said, it just means he's weak and a turtler at the beginning of the match, but once his bug gauge fills up, there's almost no stopping him, hence his nickname, Zappakune. He works a lot like Zappa did in Guilty Gear that once you got Rao out, you had better watch out. And like Zappa, I've heard there are people on the internets that have figured out how to get the bug gauge stocked and ready to go within a few seconds of the round. Got a chance to play as u!Arakune in Legion Mode. He is enough for anyone to throw their controller down on the floor (or TV). Even when he doesn't have his bug gauge up and his curse on you, there's plenty of bugs to go around. And they're not small either. Once his bug gauge and curse are up, good luck finding a safe spot. He can literally fill the entire screen with bugs and create an unblockable setup. I was appalled even playing as him.

Mu 12 isn't quite like what I was expecting her at all. I was expecting her to be a faster version of Nu 13 with blades and lasers flying everywhere. She's actually more like the love child of Tager and Lambda 11. Lasers everywhere with blades doing as much as Tager's punches but the range of Lambda and Nu's C attacks.

That's pretty much it for those I play.

From what I've seen on the others, Jin lost a lot of priority on many moves including his DP+B/C. His Musou Senshouzan doesn't have a lot of priority and start up is slow. His QCF+B has sped up tremendously. So fast that it catches players off guard pretty frequently, but not as fast as Tager's Spark Bolt. Ragna doesn't seem to have changed much, and he has a new move to help end his high screen combos. Tsubaki is way underpowered and seems to be very dependent on her Drive to make up for the lack of damage on the normal moves. She does tend to have pretty decent priority though. Problem is, getting enough Drive to help enhance her moves is very tricky. It's another gauge to be wary of. Hazama can be quite annoying flying around the screen all the time and his damage is definitely good. Unfortunately he seems to have a bit of a problem with range, it's either too short and fast, or too long and slow. Hakumen doesn't seem to have changed at all. His range game is as horrible (or good if you play as him) as ever. And his damage output is as crazy as ever.

That's about all I've run to.

Rage quitters are far more rampant in BBCS, it seems.
