Another semester. Yay.

Good lord, it's been a while.

Looks like I'm going to be mostly updating in my downtime during classes. I.E, mainly around now on Mondays and Wednesdays. I'll add a bit more to this later, but lunchtime is for now.

Back soon!

Uh huh...does that mean I'll be seeing you again now that we're both on campus?

Probably! Depends on what classes you're taking and when. I'm haunting Roberts and Morton this semester, Roberts more than Morton. Where will you be?

I'm going to be all but living out of the Business Administration Building for the next two years from the look of things. But I've got a significant break on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12:30 and 2:00 where I should be bored out of my mind (or attempting to study if you're looking for the 'correct' answer)

Yeah...Tuesdays and Thursdays I'm blocked in from 12:45-5, solid. Mondays and Wednesdays I'm solid from 10:30-5:30. I don't get to eat this year, YAY!

I guess that's a no seeing Pony (Rei) this term then. I'm assuming you don't have time for a D&D game either (I've got a new campaign starting but you'd been AWOL when I was calling people about it.)

Man...I'd really like to. But with work in the evenings and other such things I don't know how I would be able to run a game with you guys.

Out of curiosity, you guys still running 2nd ed. or have you switched around? Supposedly I'm involved in two campaigns, both of them 4th ed. but neither one has been any fun. Now, mostly that's because of the people I'm playing with. The story's fine, the DMing is good, but the other players...or player...guh.

It's actually still up in the air as to whether or not I'm going to keep working this semester...things have really ramped up.

I still run 2nd edition, though I'm up to 4 different Player's Handbooks available. I absolutely detest a great deal of what they've done with 4th Edition. It's not D&D anymore, it's (as one of my friends put it) "as if WarCrack and WotC had a bastard child" and they named it Pencil & Paper for the nostalgia.

I'm actually working with an entirely different set of players. Austin ended up working 60+ a week and Anne Marie has her own mess. Neither has visited us in the new apartment, though we've been back and seen them several times.

Players this time are (tentatively) Sam (weathersam, Laurel (Sam's SO), Rob (a friend of Esther's), Randy, Dan (B&N), and Laura (B&N). So you know or know of several of the players beyond just myself and Anna.

And remember I'm a world builder DM (one of the best at that) not a Storyteller DM.

Also, possibly the AWOL-ness was because I was in the middle of the woods for almost three months out of the summer. Calls are strange out there. Sorry about that, though...

We know, we didn't actually try and call, just acknowledging your absence here on LJ and in person for the most part. Not that we get to see you a whole lot. You only missed a lot of my posts, and a couple messes (read Anna's posts).
