Baby!

We had our baby - a little girl. Mary Elizabeth Catherine.

Everything went smoothly and I am pretty much recovered from the c-section, although i am still taking it easy.

nursing is going well, and i love being a mom!

we are actually totally impressed with how Roscoe has taken to her - he adores her. when she cries, he gets a very concerned look and will go to her crib and then come back to us like "hey, arent you going to do something about this!!"

he sleeps right by her crib like a big brother dog should and he likes to sniff her gently.

she hasnt really realized he exitsts yet, but she will in time.

when Roscoe sniffs her we say "thats your baby, Roscoe!" and he seems to like that. hehe.
