i guess the only reality is the one you seem to be living

i hate snow, right when it starts to be baseball weather the next day is snowy and cold as hell. we don't even have a gym tomorrow so we're only going in for a little batting practice in the cage. i wanna be out diving for balls in the outfield and coming home cut up and muddy. if i wanted to do something boring and come home clean everyday i would run track or play tennis. on the plus side though our outfield is looking good with me and charley and his cousin. haven't really seen many of the infielders but apparently they could use some work but i guess we'll see when we get on the field.

why do people always come up to me and ask where i'm from. they say i have an accent but i never noticed it. are these people idiots or do i really talk funny?!
