* This release adds two new promo blocks for Cyrillic users. The first one is supposed to appear in notifications somehow, but it's not working in beta. The second block is supposed to appear somewhere else on the homepage, alongside a calendar I think, but I can't see a calendar even if I enable Cyrillic Services. Nevermind, andy explains that the calendar promo block appears next to the normal block on the LJ homepage, but at a scheduled time instead of immediately. It too isn't working in beta.
