* Owners/maintainers of paid & permanent communities can now send a plain-text e-mail to all members. It's limited to once per day, and community members can opt-out of receiving the e-mail.
* There's a new version of the repost button. It's a button included with the lj-like feature now, and it works by putting the original entry into your journal, so that comments to the repost all go to the original entry. It doesn't seem to be working at the moment.
* Something about the styles changing at http://www.livejournal.com/customize/
* Users with social capital greater than 15 will no longer have to fill out captchas.
* In some cases, such as copyright infringement, if an account is suspended a public message explaining why it was suspended might appear.
