* New Scrapbook is going to be rolled out to all users sometime next week. later this work, according to English news.
* And apparently, friends-only images in old-ScrapBook are going to stay friends-only in new-Scrapbook. Custom groups are still going to get locked down as private.
* Tags will be saved during migration, but won't be visible until the next set of improvements.
