Returns and like stuff
Salut People!
I know, I know. I've been away for some time and my fics had to go on rest mode. I was hoping to have all sorts of free time this summer. A crappy summer job, hanging with old friends and stuff and getting out a chapter a week. My Twilight piece should have been down by now or at least winding down to the end. My Narnia piece should have been in the middle now.
Long story shorts as possible: Instead of working at the mall at the place I worked at in high school my uncle got me in to be a counselor at the summer camp he helps run. So has soon as I got home from uni it was pretty much off to camp. I actually got back home from there Tuesday morning and I needed to decompress before I did anything else. It was an interesting experience that has helped cement the fact that while kids are nice in small intervals I so don't want any of my own. Three weeks of actual children and four weeks of my fellow counselors who are emotionally children. Sun, copious amounts of SPF 110, no cell signal, life-guarding, horrid songs,hormones,mixed signals and a pack of wolves that somehow stumbled into our area. And no internet. Well there was internet, but a horrid dial up in the records/nurse station. The whole experience gave me some inspiration for a possible future work or at least a one shot. Don't worry though, that won't happen until I'm done with my current works.
I may update Photosynthesis either Sunday or Monday. I'm going out of town for the fourth but I'm bringing my mac and the place I'm going has high speed wireless and no children. So yay! It's good to be back.
