Well, my pants of late have been getting a little tight. I decided this morning that I will do a little trick that I did before to jumpstart my diet. I am going on the induction phase of the atkins diet. Last year I did this and lost ten pounds in the 2 weeks. And then I adjusted my diet to incorporate a little bit of carbs, like tortillas, and some rice every now and then, and kept the weight off. I didn't lose anything more but I kept it off for a while, until the holiday hit that is. I gained 7 pounds during those two pesky months damn them. So I am going to jumpstart my diet as a way to motivate me by doing the atkins thing and then after the two weeks, I am going to focus on lessening my saturated fat intake and upping my fiber intake. That joined with the wonderful exersice routine supplied by
share_fantasy in one of her earlier posts, as well as some weights nightly. My goal is to get down to 127-132. That would put me in the upper portion of my weight range. So that means I've got a ways to go. About 30 pounds to go.
My measurements as of now:
hips: 40"
waist" 32"
breast: 40"
I forgot what I measured my arms at this morning and my thighs, but I will put that down later.
For my witchy friends (and even those who aren't) send me some good luck energy on this one.
