Summary: It's Yurika's birthday and she's very excited. When she wakes up, she wonders how she'll spend her day, but it never crossed her mind that she'll encounter so many happy surprises!

Notes: YES! finally i get to write a requested fic! whootz!! ^O^ This fic was requested by smellythreats (Yama-chan Acchan) waaay back, and i thought i do it for a 2nd part of her birthday present! 8D (the 1st part was writing her my YamaChii fic I'm Blind When It Comes To Love hehe) so yes, this is out of date (waaay out of date XD) Yama-chan Acchan! i hope you enjoy this! and everyone too! 8D *huggles* =^O^=

Yurika woke up with a very excited jolt. Pulling the duvet down to her waist as she sat up on her bed, a smile was already visible from her face as she turned to look at her calendar, which was stuck on the left side wall of her room. She looked at the box that had the date of the present day, January 2010 - Tuesday 19. MY 15th BIRTHDAY!!! It was written with red thick pen, just signifying how important the event was.
She grinned to herself for a second time, wondering what sort of happy surprises are to come her way today, before she rushed to the bathroom and quickly took a shower.
After she got dressed, Yurika heard her phone vibrate against the chest drawer by her bed. “A call?” she wondered. Oh! Maybe it's someone wanting to greet me happy birthday! My first greet! She hurried to grab the still-vibrating phone, more excited now since the first greet on her birthday meant a lot to her.
“Hello?” Yurika sounded obviously expecting and hyped up.
“Happyyy~ birthdayyy~ Yurika-chaaan~!!!” The person on the other line sang happily and exaggerated on the words to make them longer.
Yurika's heart fluttered once she heard the deep but soft voice. “Kento-kun? That's you right?!”
Hearing how the girl's voice was now in a higher pitch, Kento could imagine a wide grin being made. “Yep~” he giggled.
Oh my god..! I can't keep calm! He's so cute when he giggles! “Thanks for the greet! Did you know that you're the first one? You should feel special~” Yurika teased.
Kento felt his heart's beating suddenly loud against his chest. “R-Really? I'm.. first?? YES!” He made a victory motion with his fists, pulling them down fast until his elbow hit the air near his back.
“You.. wanted to be first..?” Did he really? But.. if he did then.. what could that mean..? Her heart thumped quicker and her cheeks flushed a light red as she thought of the possibilities.
“O-Of.. course.” Kento tried to steady himself (mostly focusing on his heart beat), but failed. It was now uncontrollable, these feelings. “After all.. You're special to me. So, of course I wanted to be the first to greet you happy birthday, and I'm happy I was.” He smiled warmly, as if Yurika was right in front of him. Both looking into each others eyes...
“O-Oh.. Okay.” Yurika wanted to scream. She wanted to flail and squeal, but she couldn't. Not now when Kento can hear her. He's so sweet.
They didn't know what to say after that. They were indeed shy with the outcome of their conversation.
The quietness was broken when a sound of cluttering from downstairs suddenly came. Is that from the kitchen? Yurika raised an eyebrow, My parents can't be back yet, can they?
The noise bothering her, wanting to go check what the cause of it is, Yurika had to end the call. “Uhh.. Kento-kun? Sorry, but I need to go for now.. I'll see you later?” She spoke, and hoped they would meet up.
A confirmation from Kento that they would see each other later, then a 'take care' and another 'happy birthday', the call was ended.
Straight after, Yurika half-ran down to the kitchen.
When she got to the bottom of the stairs, her feet somehow refused to stop moving. Her legs kept the same running pace and led her to the room opposite their dining room.
Yurika didn't even have the time to realize that she was at the front of the kitchen door, because when she looked up, her eyes met with someone else's...
“Y-Y-Yuto-kun..??”
The tall one grinned, “Happy birthday, Yurika-chan!!!~” then lunged himself to glomp the girl, hugging her tight. Soon, Yurika was doing the same and they both squeezed closer to each other.
After a few more seconds in their comfortable embrace, the two stepped back, but still smiling in happiness. Ahh~ It hasn't even been an hour yet since I woke up, but I've already experienced TWO surprises! Yurika sighed in satisfaction. I don't think I can get any happier!!
But she was wrong...
“Ne~ Yurika-chan! Guess what~?” Yuto suddenly pulled two rectangle sheets of card from his back pocket, then faced them in front of the girl, “I got us tickets to the new amusement park! You wanna go?”
Yurika could only scream, high-pitched and joyful, and so Yuto took this reaction as a resounding 'yes'.
Immediately, he held the younger one's wrist and pulled her out of the house.

“Uwaah~! It's HUGE!!” The two exclaimed, mouth wide open, eyes not blinking, and just gaping and trying to take in the sight of the humongous amusement park.
When they finally managed to unfreeze their feet from the ground, they walked inside. Gazing at all the different stalls, the number of people (which was a lot, indeed) then the amazing-looking rides.
“Yurika-chan, let's go on that one!” Yuto said excitedly, pointing his finger up high towards the biggest, fastest roller coaster. His eyes sparkled.
“E-Ehh?? A-Are you kidding??” Yurika sounded scared already, “Can you see how many loops that ride has?? Not to mention how high.. We might DIE when we go on that!”
Yuto turned to face Yurika. He noticed her slightly trembling, and how she now avoided eye-contact with him. She just stared at the floor. She really is scared...
Quietly, Yuto took a deep breath then let it out slowly. He tried to make the blush on his cheeks disappear, since he knew this situation was serious.
“A... I'll... uhh... hold your hand.” He managed, but still couldn't help but look nervously to the side, as he felt Yurika's gaze on him.
“O... Okay...” The younger one replied shyly. With Yuto saying that, she felt automatically assured. Now both of them had red cheeks.
The two smiled. Soon Yuto's courage came back, then slowly, his hand found Yurika's and he held on to it. But not tightly. Not yet.
They were in front of the line, surprisingly quick, but still, with her hand in Yuto's, Yurika felt calm.
It was their turn. Hurrying to a seat for two, they rushed to buckle themselves up. The younger one now felt her heart beat gradually rise up, as she glanced at the roller coaster's track. Too many loops... High... So big... Fast... She shook her head.
“Yurika-chan...” She heard Yuto's gentle voice near her ear and so she turned to his direction, “It's going to be okay, just scream when you're scared.”
Yurika nodded.
“It's going to be okay, I'm just here beside you... holding your hand.” Yuto tightened his grip on the younger one's palm, then straight after, the ride began.

“Oh my god!! That was AWESOME!!!” Yurika yelled as they got off their seats. “I mean, like, going through the loops were so cool! And the speed was just unbelievable!!” Her eyes gleamed, and obviously, her fear of roller coasters were now gone.
Yuto was very happy to know this, “See~ I told you it would be fun! I'm glad you enjoyed it!”
Yurika looked at Yuto, “Hehehe,” It's all thanks to you, Yuto-kun.
In the next few hours, the two spent their time on going on nearly all of the rides (where Yurika still needed Yuto to hold her hand. And where they both liked that kind of contact), eating candy floss in three different flavours, having corn dogs or hot dogs and burgers then cold drinks, and also playing in different stalls, where Yuto won the biggest stuffed-animal for a prize in each game, and gave it to Yurika.
“Ahh~ I'm having so much fun!” The younger one breathed in joy.
“Hehe. Me too! I'm glad I'm able to make you happy, Yurika-chan.” Yuto smiled his warmest smile.
Yurika felt her heart take a leap. He's so kind...
“Ah! It's already 8 o'clock!” The older one gasped.
“Eh? You mean, in the evening?? How? So Quick? Eh?!” Both of them were shocked, and when they noticed they had the same reaction, the two laughed.
“Well, I better get home, or else I'll get grounded...” Yurika's face fell, but she had no choice.
“Okay, don't worry, I understand,” replied Yuto. “But I'll see you again, ne?” then he hugged the younger one once more, smiling but mischievously this time, before walking the opposite direction.
Yurika was smiling too. She's had the best morning and afternoon she could ever have, and so her happy mood was kept as she headed back home.
It was already dark outside, this fact scaring her, making her rush inside the house right after she unlocked the door.
“Ahh..! It's dark in here too!” Yurika frowned and grumbled to herself as her hands groped the wall for the light switch.
When she flicked the light on, she felt a shock of happy sensation once again, as she looked around the room.
“SURPRISE!!!” The people called out. Members of NewS, BI Shadow, Aiba, Sho and Nino, and Hey! Say! JUMP, were all present, and Yurika was indeed in such a state of shock, she couldn't even scream.
But there was one thing she noticed that made her mood turn into a sad one, Eh? But.. where's Chinen-kun?
Before her mood could completely change, just in time, Chinen's voice was heard. It echoed sweetly and softly around the room, as he walked up from behind.
Yurika's eyes lit up, and she quickly turned around. She couldn't believe it... She saw Chinen and he was singing happy birthday, while Kento was beside him, holding her birthday cake.
Yurika was so happy and touched, she never thought her birthday was going to be this enjoyable and merry... Before anyone knew it, she let out a scream of happiness then tears began rolling from her eyes.
“Eh?? No! She's crying!” most of them worried.
But then Hikaru moved swiftly to grab a tissue and wipe the happy tears away, for Yurika, “We're really glad you're happy,” he said gently.
The birthday girl grinned and sniffed to stop her crying, then went to see her cake. Once she finished cutting it, Kento and Tegoshi's voices boomed aloud.
“HAPPY FIFTEENTH BIRTHDAY, YURIKA-CHAN~!!!” They cheered, and soon they were joined by everyone else.
Yurika gazed at them and her only possible response was a joyous squeal.
But then suddenly, in the exact second after their cheering, it became quiet and the lights switched off.
Fear lingered inside Yurika, “Eh?? What's happening??” She was never used to things like this happening, and so she was even more scared than any other person could be, in this situation. A few more seconds with nothing but silence and darkness, then she felt like she would cry again. But before she could react, Yurika sensed someone grab her elbow. The person pulled her away... Backwards... It was pitch black so her sight didn't help. She felt so vulnerable... Frightened... Yurika screamed.
The dragging stopped. This scared her even more but when she opened her eyes, there was light. And just under that light, there was Chinen Yuri. He held, in his arms, a bouquet of red flowers. Yurika moved closer to examine, and she discovered they were roses.
“They're... beautiful...” Somehow, she had forgotten about being scared, and instead overwhelmed.
Yurika looked up at Chinen. She saw him wearing a smirk on his face. He planned all this. Making everyone stop cheering, then turning off the lights. Then quickly dragging me to... to... where exactly are we? She looked around, then behind Chinen. Ah! In the garden! But... why?
That's when the fireworks shot up, high in the sky. Strips and dots of mixed bright colours, sparkling across the dark starry night sky.
A few seconds, then another couple of blasting colours reached high upwards, but this time, the fireworks displayed something.
Happy 15th Birthday It read, with lots of hearts surrounding it.
Yurika stared up in awe. “This... This... is amazing, Chii...” Her eyes were shining, turning watery again as she was about to shed more happy tears.
This is officially the best birthday, ever.
Chinen smiled. Satisfied that he was able to make Yurika so pleased and joyful. He leaned closer to her then pressed his lips, gently, on her soft cheek.
The younger one's temperatue immediately rose, and her heart beat raced. She gazed into Chinen's eyes, expressing feelings of thanks and happiness, both smiling warmly at each other...
“I want you to listen to something,” Chinen said as they sat down on the grass.
Yurika watched, as the older one took out his iPod from his pocket, then put one headphone earpiece on Yurika's ear, the other one on his, before he pressed play.
They sat there, the closest they have ever been to each other, cuddling and both feeling immeasurable happiness, then the song started...

Chinen smiled. Satisfied that he was able to make Yurika so pleased and joyful. He leaned closer to her then pressed his lips, gently, on her soft cheek.
The younger one's temperatue immediately rose, and her heart beat raced. She gazed into Chinen's eyes, expressing feelings of thanks and happiness, both smiling warmly at each other...
“I want you to listen to something,” Chinen said as they sat down on the grass.
Yurika watched, as the older one took out his iPod from his pocket, then put one headphone earpiece on Yurika's ear, the other one on his, before he pressed play.
They sat there, the closest they have ever been to each other, cuddling and both feeling immeasurable happiness, then the song started...
