美味しいの食べ物!

In case you couldn't read that, it's "Oishii no Tabemono", which means delicious food in Japanese. And just why do I say that? Well, since this is the first official day of Term 3 back in school, I decided to splurge on some Japanese food from Takashimaya. Ok, actually the real reason is that I went there for a haircut but hey, who could miss out on the extremely yummy treats waiting for me?

The loot! One packet of set lunch and 3 boxes of takopachi! I'm such a pig eh?

Tissue papers from the food stalls!

The $4.50 set lunch with 2 chicken sticks, 1 meat ball stick and 1 pork stick!

This is how it looks inside!

The delicious pickled plums that come along with the set lunch!

Now you see it ...

... now you don't!

Takopachi! One box goes at a price of $2.20!

The other box of takopachi that has the fried sotong ball shape!
For those who think that I'm thin because I'm not eating, well, it's not true! I have no idea why my metabolism is like exceptionally high even though I'm quite a glutton. No matter how much I eat, even during late nights, weight gaining seems out of reach for me! And yes, I absolutely love takopachi! I think I might even join a fan club for takopachi. They're out of this world!

I just realised my blog is turning into a bit of a lifestyle thing, like there are thoughts about current affairs, photos from events and now a post on food! I should really consider joining some editorial team for some lifestyle magazine or be a TV host on the food channel!
