Oh, I hate LJ right now. It just deleted the entry I just finished and the AUTODRAFT SAVED NOTHING.

Anyway, here are a couple picture of the Jeep that I had promised a month ago:
This is after she was cleaned the other week.
And this is a pic that was taken before I bought it.
And a couple of things about First Strike.
I absolutely love Rodney's new shirt (see below). I was surprised to see it, after Sheppard debuted it a few eps ago. I really think Rodney is starting to echo Daniel, in that he's changing from the scientist-type, who initially wouldn't know which way to point a P-90 if it was put in his hands, to someone who can save the day using both his brains and brawn (albeit he still seems a bit uncomfortable when it comes to shooting things (see:Vengeance). I've liked where they've taken Rodney; from this arrogant, self-superior geekboy on SG-1 who couldn't care less if he got the chance to step through the stargate, to someone that can be relied on, who's self-confidence has improved, but not at the expense of his ego (if anything, it's decreased), and who has no problems fighting aliens and saving galaxies, and who's excited about taking a puddlejumper underwater in search of a whale named Sam.
Oh, and Sheppard telling Rodney and Radek to just kiss and be done with it? Jealous much, Johnny boy? Where did that come from? See, this is why I like Gero. He puts in these little unexpected bits, or funny lines even when a giant laser beam is about to destroy the city, and all of his stories have a good amount of Rodney in them, and he always writes him perfectly in character. You know, I wonder if he reads fic?
