Half-year resolutions

Bring lunch to work 1 day per week. Save $10 a week, in theory.

Spend 1 hour a day on one of the following:

Guitar practice
Painting miniatures
Writing projects
Swimming
Reading

(These are all things I enjoy doing, yet I don't make time for myself to do. I have plenty of options there. Reading is something I'm currently doing more of, and it's great, but I plan to prune this off the list. It will help give me the sense of accomplishment for now, but I don't want it to preclude other tasks.)

Lay off the sugar. Again. You see the doc on Aug. 25th, and the A1C will tell the truth.
