Following up for myself. Hit the weekend and found it difficult to maintain the eating records, but I'm back on it. Still doing a good amt of water, working it more and more into my routine. Had some flan at the in-laws Sunday, and it's soooo good (even if it's bad for me). How can you not love a dessert that has 16 eggs in it?
Still getting a lot of Rock Band drum action. I'm working up a sweat playing it and my kick pedal leg is sore, so I know it's helping some. Plus, I just started back with
Hundred Push-Ups. If I can just remember that one, it'll serve me well for a while. I want to do crunches as well, but I've been reading that they can be pretty damaging to your back. Either way, if I fall off this wagon, at least it's not a few years of gym payments like it normally would be.
Speaking of Rock Band! Drums - Hard Mode: Painkiller, Battery, Two Weeks all complete along with a host of other Nightmare songs. And 'No One Knows', that damned Queens of the Stone Age song from RB1, completed on Hard! That really felt good last night.
