"DANCE WITH THE DEVIL"

"Okay," Dean whispers, his voice rough, his lips cracked and bleeding.

Alastair pauses. "What was that?"

"I said, okay," Dean growls, not meeting his eyes. "I'll do it."

Alastair is gleeful. "Oh, that's just fabulous, Dean."

Alastair snaps his fingers and Dean is suddenly standing next to him, while a young woman writhes on the rack, screaming.

Alastair presses a knife into Dean's hand. "Go to it, boy."

Dean steps forward.

"Please," the girl begs. "Please don't do this."

"I have to," he whispers.

"But, why?" Her voice cracks.

Dean looks down at the knife in his hand. "You'll see."
