ok so i really am posting later. I'm glad I've been able to maintain 30+ hour work weeks now that school has started. It's been a little tough keeping up but i think i can. julie, maria and i are SUPPOSE to be getting our frequent fear passes for halloween horror nights this week, since we're SUPPOSE to be going this weekend...but we'll see what happens.
last night my manager found some guy passed out in the deli in one of the motorized wheel chairs. His first reaction? pull out his cell phone and get a picture so we could all see, of course! Way to go Jimmy. actually it was a pretty good picture.
brownie has taken to sleeping in my bathroom sink. so i've taken to getting up at night and leaving all the lights off as i go into the bathroom and turn on the faucet. then laughing hysterically. then returning to bed and sleeping soundly.

I took my sisters to disney to use up our 4-day park hopper passes. We went to Typhoon Lagoon and Magic Kingdom. It was their first time at Disney.

a few weeks later, gabby stayed with me after our cousins came down from Boston and she got back from Colorado. We went to the butterfly garden, the Orlando Science Center, and Medieval Times.

Oh, and we went to the release of Breaking Dawn. We were racing back from Disney to get there in time for the activities so we weren't able to stop by my apartment to dress up, so to improvise I just wrote all over Gabby with a pen, lol. But she did win that Twilight godiva chocolate bar in the trivia game.
OSC tom-foolery
we did the Titanic show and they give you an actual ticket that belonged to a passenger. at the end you can find out whether your passenger lived or died. when we came out of the show and went into the gift shop, gabby found a huge poster of the person whose ticket she got. her name was Violet Jessop and she was a nurse, and yes she lived. How anticlimactic.
Medieval times. i couldn't actually get any pictures till the end because there were so many damn lights and NO ONE WOULD STAY STILL! at the end they let out all these horses that clearly weren't trained for performance cause all they wanted to do was roll around in the dirt.
yes i really am this ugly and apparently gabby can't hold a camera still.

and now i'll close with classic kitties. (this is at the old apartment)
i've come to realize that this photo is probably quintessential Maizy and Brownie. Maizy sends death glare, Brownie either doesn't care or is completely ignorant (i tend to side with the latter) and sits down anyways.
