“Er, signs? What do you mean exactly?” Misaki asked.
“I think I’ve heard of that.” Byul said.
“Signs, such as, the character or traits you want your prince to have, his height, talents, what he’ll do or give you, where or how you’ll meet, and etc. stuff like that so you’ll know that he’s really THE one.” Byul continued.
“Oh...” Misaki said and Chie nodded.
“Another question,” Chie said as she raised her right hand, “do we have an old box for us to put in?” she asked.
I showed them a small wooden box. It had a small padlock in it. It was decorated with patterns of different flowers that looked like it’s been faded through time. It also has a bronze metal at the opening where you could put a small padlock.
“I found it a week ago while cleaning through our old stuffs.” I explained, “My mom said, she used this for keeping some memorabilia from her grandmother. She also said I could have it now.” I continued.
“Wow, this is perfect!” Byul exclaimed as she examined it. Their eyes glistened as they passed it around, examining it.
“Well, shall we get started on that list then?” Misaki said. I passed around some stationeries and pens. When they’ve selected one and found their own comfortable place to write to, it got quieter as we started to write.
I managed to write ten signs. Afterwards, we carefully placed it in the box with silent prayers and hopes of it coming true. Before we locked it up, we took a picture of us with it. Then we spent the rest of that night talking about what we’ll be doing when we arrived in Japan.
A/n: I took that picture, but sadly the DSLR isn't mine, haha how I wish....
