Well it has now been a couple of weeks since i last posted. I still love my job, so that's always a good place to start. I now have the hang of pretty much everything that's going on at work, so I am really comfortable. I like the people I work with, especially this lady named Sue. She is so sweet and always really helpful if I have questions. I'm also a lot more comfortable here in town. I know where pretty much everything (everything that I like/use, etc.) is. I love only being 10 min. away from my sister. I felt weird at first and didn't want to impose, but it's cool to have someplace to go if I need to get out of the house. My parents and little sister came up the weekend before last which was a lot of fun. They saw my house and we went out to lunch with Alicia and Rick. Good times. I think Denise is bringing up Carly and the baby next week because Alicia is having a spa party on Wed. night. My niece is getting more adorable every day! She is also starting to look like her dad more every day :) I watched Evan on Monday night. I took him to Alicia's softball game. He is so much fun now...and still a cutie :)
I went to help my Charles move last weekend. It was alright...I mean, how much fun is moving someone else's stuff, ha. I still had fun with him though. He's a cute kid. I still miss him everyday, but it's a lot better now. To be honest, I was really really sad the first week I was here. I tried to act like a big kid, but I really missed my buddy. I am sooo much better now. I mean, I would like to see him everyday still, but I'm good with what we have going on now. I have seen him almost every weekend. I don't get to see him this weekend, but that's cool because I have like 3 things planned with my sister for this weekend. It's almost our anniversary too. I can't believe it will be 3 years. Sometimes it feels like it's been 10! ha. Hopefully we will get to do something fun.
It hasn't really hit me yet that I'm not going back to school. I was on campus last weekend moving Charlie and I guess it's a good thing that I'm not sad at all about not going back to school right now. I'm sure I will start to miss it in a couple of months though. I am starting to really miss some of my favorite people though. It's weird to think that I won't see people that I have seen at least once a week, if not everyday, for the last 4 years. I talked to Court the other day, which made me really happy because I already miss that girl a ton! She's all moved in in St. Louis and starts school next week. I'm really excited that Stephanie is all moved in. I am up 1 more friend in Bloomington/Normal...woo hoo :) Sometimes it's hard to remember that I won't be living with Steph anymore. She's just been a staple in my living arrangements for the last 4 years of my life! I hopefully will see her next time I'm in Champaign bc I need to give her her bday present. I also need to catch up with Michelle.I miss her already too. She was awesome. Leah-I am not leaving you out my dear...I miss you a ton too and I can't wait to see you!!!! We are going to have to work something out very soon :)
