so i decided to do this cuz i just read leah's and i am bored...i know, it's christmas eve and i should be doing something else, but family movie night doesn't start for another hour and a half. anywho, read it if you want.
1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
i spent a week in cali. i became an aunt. i became a supervisor (testing center). i applied to grad school (vomit). i lived with 2 roomies instead of one. i left a new year's party at 11 (i know i'm a loser). charlie and i stayed at the cave. i went on a cruise. i didn't come home for easter.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i didn't make one last year cuz i never keep them.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
heck yeah!!! alicia had a baby and now denise is pregnant!! yay
4. Did anyone close to you die?
nope
5. What countries did you visit?
i went to the bahamas
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
i would like to have an admission offer to a grad school. i would also like a niece :)
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
oct.12 when evan was born. jan. 6 when i left for the cruise. everyday i spend with my baby.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
um, not sure about that
9. What was your biggest failure?
i think letting myself get worked up about stupid stuff when i am in a bad mood.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
um migraines suck...a lot!
11. What was the best thing you bought?
my laptop :)
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
nicole kicked ass student teaching last semester and she just graduated. she is awesome at what she does.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
i'm having a real hard time with my sister being 14, enough said.
14. Where did most of your money go?
my laptop, milk, and applying to grad school

happier or sadder? prolly the same... i'm a really happy person most of the time
thinner or fatter? maybe a little thinner but not on purpose.

having headaches

an internship through the psych dept. and jewelry for christmas

i got the notebook on dvd and it's been my favorite. i can't think of anymore.

i turned 21. i had a big party at charlie's house and he djed for us. it was awesome to see so many people :) yay.

already being accepted into a grad program

charles, mom hugs, kel sue, dates with steph, my family being just awesome

i love rachel mcadams...she is just awesome

i still miss my grandpa the most around this time of year

i really love working with the people in my internship. alexis is hilarious.
38. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2005:
i think i've realized how important the people in my life are. i don't know where i would be without my family. they are simply amazing and i love them. charles is the best guy i am ever going to meet. he's such an unwavering tower of support and love. the best part is how much fun we have together. i also think i have gotten a lot closer to my monday @ 6 girls and my roomies. i realize how much i am going to miss all of them next year. courtney janes also makes my day. finally, i just want to be a good person like my mom. she is such a nice person and that's why everyone loves and respects her. happy new year :)
