(no subject)
I just received a call from one of our big bosses. She called to ask if on the chance (which seems pretty likely) that our client would need an on-site screener for two months, would I be interested? Said client will be based in The Fort, Taguig which is way too far for comfort. It's more or less about an hour and half commute from our place.
Oh and did I mention that the schedule they were offering was midshift, meaning 3pm to 12mn? To quote an officemate of mine, "puro talahib yung paligid". Not wanting to be rude, I didn't turn it down right away. I asked for some time to consider but I know my folks and J's answers already.
Now does anybody know a polite way to phrase 'hell no'?
