I got a Cthulhu Lamp

Leggiez was clearing out her old office (they moved buildings) and brought home various office supplies that were deemed surplus to needs.  I ended up with a new chair that's both very comfortable and very high, which I find is really helpful for typing.   However the real score was a Tensor Vision Max lamp.   I'd never seen one before and I have to admit it looks great.  It comes with a clip for papers as well as a magnifying lens.

Doesn't it look just like something that should have been made by Yoyodyne Industries Discorporated of R'lyeh?
