Acro.bat vs Java Ant

I unlocked the Dell on my desk at work for the first time in a while and both Acrobat and Java wanted updating. Alone, either of them is a pain; combined, they form a continuous, conflicting, semi-automated cycle of patch-and-reboot that it so prolonged it's almost comedic.

Oh wait, it wants me to reboot it again. Presumably so that when I get back to the desktop it can tell me it can't install the next update without rebooting.
