hum drum
hello
so i'm sitting here waiting for my family to get back from their bible study so we can finish clearing out the lower level of our house. the floor guys finished installing the wood floor today except for the molding which they're going to do tomorrow- it looks way sweet i love it :) so earlier today i spent a good portion of time painting the base of the wall up the stairs and down the stairs and down the stairs and up the stairs while there was no carpet so that when we finishing painting (probably this weekend) we won't have to worry about getting it on the pretty new carpet. i also helped start emptying the family room but we only got like 2/3 done. that's why i'm waiting for everyone. we have to finish that 1/3 and then clear the baby's room and nate and tomi's room. oye. i win the award for most ready to have my room stripped down though! that's not happening until tomorrow afternoon/night but i have my whole room packed up in boxes or shoved in the top of my closet and i'm ready to go- haha, i beat everyone :) but that's okay, my parents will win for actually being able to get their room emptied by tomorrow night on top of everything else they're currently doing, lol.
this is kind of a pointless entry...i'm just bored and have done everything i can think of to do while waiting for my family to return so i figured i'd ramble on in here!
i dropped my resume off at a few local day spas today. plus i finally got in touch with the hiring person at revive and the marriott. i really want a good new job so pray that something wonderful will work out! and sid applied to work at childtime with alisha (and andrew i suppose!) so pray for her that that will work out too! those are very key elements to our moving outness!
i looked at some cars yesterday with my dad. pretty much decided i'm gonna get a honda crv. i got approved for as much as an $8000 loan from desert schools too- on my own this time! the loan lady told me that apparantly my credit score is 750- woot! :) now the only thing to do is convince my insurance company that being fair in my settlement would NOT be a BAD thing and then picking what crv i want to buy!
alright i don't think i can come up with anymore to say so i guess i'll go. thanks for leaving comments like i said to last time, sheesh! :) sid and loni rock cuz they actually did! lol
