Usually I get my insipration from looking at the diiferent colors and how they envoke moods, thoughts or feelings.
When I design my gowns and *have* to go shopping for materials ijust wander and see what speaks. Waht is contained within is what comes out. I don't start with a pattern in mind for most things. I just start with the colors and go from there.
