Homey photo fest.
Cos I'm currently working flat out on a film in london.... it means that I get to enjoy seeing all my london chumettes at le weekends but also that I get to spend lots of lovely days catching up on sleep in my new big beautiful bedroom... chillin out and sunbathing on the carpet with the cat.
Thought I'd share a few snaps of my lazy weekend world and the little day to day things that are going on in it at the mo. I've also got the Hipsomatic camera app on my iphone which means I can take loads of pretentious arty photos of random boring things and they end up looking good!!! Hoorah!
You might spot..... my baby hyacinth plantlets in pots (round 2 I must confess, Round 1, mis-shapen grotesque thing,has been disowned and is now hidden from view outside my window.)
Little Morgan is the newest addition to the household. She is the cutest thing but has clearly worked out that I am the earliest to wake at the weekend...... (damn you 5am work body clock!!)..... so regularly jumps up and down on top of me at 7am on a sunday morning! Lucky me!
My Attic24 blanket... still growing slowly... feels like the end is insight. I can't wait to sew it all together and give it a big stripy border.

Finally a cookie making fest.... A VERY bad day at work resulted in me mixing up cookie dough... whilst eating B&J's cookie dough ice cream! My Californian flatmate was actually quite impressed by this! I have since discovered that bashing up a bar of chocolate with a rolling pin gets you more choc chips for your money than buying choc-chips!.... and is twice as satisfying after a sh*tty day on a film set! lar la laaaar!
