Haha Oops
Haaaa, wow I'm bad for not updating my LJ for so long. A lot of things have happened in the last month or so that's kept me busy, and this'll probably continue for at least another 3 weeks until this Uni year finishes. After that I get 3 months break for summer, so expect lots of updates then.
I feel pretty left out of the whole LJ thing. Inactivity sucks! I'll be sorting through my friends posts during summer to see what I've missed... which is probably a tonne of stuff.
Maybe I'll make a post later for what little FMA art I've done recently. Ugh, I want to draw more of my own stuff, but honestly all the art I do for uni really drains my motivation.
I'm also suffering from the good old "My art sucks. I'm not good enough. Why am I even trying." mentality that probably every artist has gone through. I really want to push myself to improve in my art, but the lack of time to do that is bothering me. I honestly feel that I've actually gotten worse than I was this time last year. For shame.
Over the summer I'm going to make it my mission to fill a sketch book or two with arty stuff. Maybe then I can pile my LJ full of sketches and doodles. Hopefully no one will mind that.
(fyi - I live in New Zealand. Summer here is around the Oct - Jan months. Weird, huh?)
