The wig and contacts came in today.
As you can tell, I'm pretty damn excited about that. I was getting really worried that they woudn't get here in time for Anime Boston. The wig is amazing, I'm so happy with it, can't wait to get started on styling it. <3 I won't lie, I'm a little disappointed with the contacts, they're no where near as vivid as I thought they were going to be, but you can see for youself when I put the pic up.
School's been getting me kind of down lately, not because of the workload, I can handle that for the most part. It probably has something to do with my father's reaction to my class schedual for next year, and his disappointment in the fact that I'm not taking any AP courses. I guess I've been noticing the fact that I'm having a difficult time in classes that should be normal for someone in my grade. Mostly it's Chemistry, since I've fallen behind even more than before, what with the lack of labs in the last semester, which are the only things that keep my grades up. I'm going to go in for extra help, but ever since I dropped down a level in math, I'm starting to have a lot more doubt in myself than I'm used to. Maybe I'm just being too hard on myself, but it's really getting to me.
I'll get over this though, it's just a matter of time until I get my workload under control, probably sometime after AB.
