Crossover meme, the RPS edition
Give me two characters from different fandoms you know I'm familiar with, and I'll give you a dialogue happening between the two of them. Without justifying how the crossover would work, how their worlds clashed, or how they could even meet each other. Just a silly crossover conversation with no backstory, for fun.
"Uh, yeah, I think so," Gerard says, cautiously climbing out of the vehicle that he'd been forced into at gunpoint several hours ago. "What happened to the kidnappers?"
The guy gestures toward the front of the van. "They're getting tied up by Robin right now."
"Fuck, I don't even know how to fucking thank you guys enough. I was seriously fucking -- I had my whole fucking life flashing before my eyes, you know?"
Blushing a little, the guy says, "No problem. I mean, it's just what we do, you know?" Now that Gerard is a little less rattled, he notices that the guy is wearing jeans and a black tee-shirt with Superman's symbol on the front. He's also the most attractive guy Gerard has seen in a long time, which is saying something, considering that Gerard is kind of a rockstar these days.
"Shit, I thought I was gonna fucking die, and then you tear open the doors like they're tissue paper. That was the coolest fucking thing I've ever seen. Anything I can do to thank you guys, you just let me know."
The guy ducks his head and looks up at Gerard through his lashes. "Could you -- could I get an autograph? I'm kind of a fan."
And for the first time in a long time, Gerard is cursing his self-imposed rule against sleeping with fans. Damn. Why couldn't the guy be into speed metal or something?
