This dude's a cleaning nut, overly friendly and generally the opposite of me. And due to this, we would fuckin' mesh insanely well. He's actually witty and capable of being an asshole despite that faux smiling deal. He has a difficult past, likes to keep that shit to himself, and yet I'm sure there will be times I can affirm my necessity in doing random shit to distract him. Though in general, that shit will be unintentionally leaving the apartment as a trash heap.
