I'm allowed to say this right?

Not everyone was made for business.

so I'm upset and expecting my period to show up any moment now, so I'm extra sensitive to just about everything.

I've been trying to collaborate with a particular pinup magazine. They asked to do a photo shoot using our holiday styles for a print going out in November/December. The photo shoot date came and left and no one contacted me about it. I had some items made on rush for the models sizes.  So today I got an e-mail from the editor asking for hi-res images followed by a list of old styles. Things that weren't even holiday pieces- just old standards and old old prints. Most of the images I didn't have originals on because I was dealing with trade photos from a lot of my models and I don't have the originals, just the edits.  So I sent what I could, but then they asked for a different size image. I had to explain I didn't have everything. Then I get a response of "then what do you have in hi-res?"   as if I'm going to go through thousands of images in my files?
What happened to my photo shoot with the new items? And what are they going to do with my images? I figured it would be a review of some sort, but no one has explained that to me. They just asked for photos.  I'm allowed to be peeved by this, right? I'm not over reacting?
I just wanted to be sure my business would be presented well. Any blogger girl can pull product images off my website and write about it- and they do! But a national magazine? 'common.
I've invested about $600 in advertising with this mag already. It's not my deal if they can't organize themselves or send a simple e-mail to tell me the photo shoot was canceled. Maybe then I could've schedule a shoot with Mitzi of all my great new prints and had them in hi-res in time for printing....ah, if only someone communicated better.

So I sent this letter in response to "What do you have?" :

I have to apologize, but after missing the date of the
fashion shoot and failing to contact me about it, I don't feel
comfortable participating with the magazine any longer.
I had samples made specifically for the shoot for the models in a rush.

I don't have time in my day to go hunting for hi-res images of "what I
have" especially since you haven't even explained what you'll be doing
with them.
I thought we were focusing on a holiday theme?

If you absolutely need content for the next print, I will help you, but I
need a better understanding of what is going on to ensure my business
is being well presented.
