mortality

their is so much bull shit in our live that we get distracted adn loose sight of that which is important. and those that see threw teh bull shit and have a hold on their life, and a sence of direction and selfawearness are teh people that get my attention. most of my family, my clan, and my friends that have made it threw my bs, all have teh same out look on life. and weither they know it or not have kapen death in their warm embrace and made them their own. their is no fear in death. in the lazerus effect by frank hubert, humans want to make a AI. but scared of the posibel outcome the load all teh scientists and equipment onto a ship and send it out in to space on a course that that will not run into any other planets. for years they try and with no success. but after time they start to notice things that are strange, almost moments of intelegance. the ship is designed with a single switch that will destroy the ship ,big ,obvious any one can with a touch end it all. they dr's finaly come to the point that they all feel that they should destroy the project, and them selves. and armed with the knowledge that they are going to die they accept teh world as it is and push teh button. ----nothing---- . at the moment they push that buttin they create a true inteligance. for it was teh back drop of death that life can be.
death/ and its acceptance is the most liberating power that any can have. Ghandi was able to toppel governments with the accaptance tha he will die and should do what he must. Buddah did teh same . McCool still went into battle after seeing teh washerwoman on teh riverbank. think of all teh people in teh world that have done anything for the world, and all have done it with a sword in one hand and death holding their other.
so were does love fit into that. when two kids in highschool are in a relation ship and one of them dies, the other is imeadtely liberated to make that person the one. and it becones the example that is true love. the other person will never hurt you again, never froget an aniversery, never cheat on you, teh person left behind is imedatyly freed to truly love that person in a manner that is on par with the love of jesus.
so how does this relate to those that have a treminal illness? my mothers most ground breaking and liberating moment in her life came after she was diagnosed with cancer. everyone who dosent know sees her as this swhinning light that will burn thre anything and carry on. and are drawn to it like a moth to a flame. and those that are not can get close to her and like the kids in highschool are able to understand uncondiotional love in that example. but when we walk away from that lihe our own light retreats to the place were it is safe from hurt.
so we take those stw scineros and place them into a new context. HIV/AIDS. how do we love soem one that bears the immuatable flame that knowing you will die provides, (as in cancer) and match it wiht love, if we fly to close we might get burned. yet we feel the ability to love these persons. so what do we do? do we maintain teh safty of friends? do we run and leave them to be pariah? do take that dance with death and hope that he does not grasp or lives inteh process?
