Handing in my notice
To those of you who have previously quit their jobs;
Help! It's nearly two in the morning and I need this for tomorrow. How do I hand my notice in? I know I have to write down that I am leaving so that they have it on paper, but all I have so far is; Dear Bhs, I am writing to inform you that as of Sunday the 3rd of September 2006 I am handing in my notice to quit my part time work on Sundays. I am leaving for University on the twenty-third of this month and aim to finish my contract here on the seventeenth. Signed ____. It sounds and looks pitiful. Am I missing anything?
