(no subject)
Lyns, Soph and I went up to see the Coral last night for QUB Fresher's Ball.
Seriously, it was so funny. The Coral were ACE and so were the people hahahaha.
1) Two men from Sligo spoke to us in the queue, and thought that we were all first 4th years, then professors. And the proceeded to tell me that I looked like a Professor. I was like "Thanks."
2) We spent the whole night feeling like the oldest people there. When we were quite clearly the youngest. I don't think we've ever been so pass remarkable ever.
3) Danced to some like dance/metal band for ages, which was in itself hilarious.
4) Got our picture taken for the QUBSU website. ahahaha. sloshed. I'll have to put it on here when it's up.
Anyway, danced 'til the end of the night. Sof and myself were close to dragging the keyboard player off the stage for being so fit. We met Linz and Allen and walked back to the HOLYlands to Lee's house. Allen gave us all a lift home (what a nice man) and we sang 'Beauty School Dropout' and other such things in the car. Brilliant. Also thanks to Jay-Z for getting my ticket for me. One love.
And this morning I went into Ruth's room after 5 hours sleep, and was like "School?" and then both of us agreed "No."
So sleep, meeting Sophie for lunch and soup with my mum before BIFHE was my day out.
Tomorrow is the weekend. Thank God. You'd think I'd had a hard week. I've already been partying down twice. Flip me.
