A red-wrapped box with a white ribbon is left in the passenger seat of the car in Mexico. There is a note attached:

Inside the box is a slim wooden box. Within this box is a set of six darts of varying colors. There is strange writing accompanying the darts, which the Doctor has translated.

Xxyxxian Trust Darts. Each dart has enough knockout poison to keep someone unconscious for up to eighteen hours. The poison repairs any injuries to the person who is unconscious while they sleep in a manner similar to nanogenes. No injury can occur to the unconscious individual while they sleep.
Blue: This dart will only pierce the skin of the box's owner (That's you, Sylar)
Green: This dart will only pierce the skin of the box owner's best friend
White: This dart will only pierce the skin of the box owner's worst enemy
Red: This dart will only pierce the skin of the box owner's true love
Black: This dart will only pierce the skin of one who truly hates the box owner
Gold: This dart will only pierce the skin of the person who gifted this box to the box owner (that's me, don't get any funny ideas)
