ooc: sex and stuff
Since savagestime and thisway_comes did the Master and the Rani's stances on their pup's sexuality (That sentence was all grammatically wrong! -ed) wrote up the sexual history and ideals of the Master and the Rani respectively (though changehistory did it first! -ed), I figured I'd write up one for the Doctor before others beat me to it. Fair warning, I'm really loopy and not feelin' so well at the time of writing this so if it's not entirely coherent, I apologize.
