Turlough has "borrowed" the third Doctor's TARDIS for this anniversary trip. He's told Alonso they were given permission and that he does know how to fly the TARDIS. Which he does know how. Turlough grins, seeing Alonso's. It's infectious. He chuckles a little, going up to meet him.

"Neither did I, really. Half the time was just talking him into it." Turlough does a remarkably accurate impression of Three, "'The TARDIS is not some sports car to drive about in and impress your boyfriend.' I'm glad he doesn't know about me having crashed the Brigadier's car the day I met his future self. We'd be spending our anniversary at home, that's for certain."

He gives Alonso a kiss on the cheek before heading to their bedroom. "I'm rather excited about this trip, if you couldn't tell. Not only are we finally getting out of the Nexus, not only do I get to use the TARDIS without the Doctor to get us all into trouble, not only is it our anniversary, but we get to stay overnight and enjoy ourselves and not sleep in the TARDIS. That doesn't happen very often you know."

He's checking through what Alonso's packed for him, but doesn't need to add anything. What a good boyfriend. He smiles, "Usually we land, think 'Oh finally somewhere pleasant' and no sooner has the Doctor opened his mouth to tell us where we are than someone's at our back with a spear or a gun and we've all got our hands in the air..."

[Alonso loves listening to him when Turlough starts to ramble and talk so freely. His energy and excitement only add to Alonso's while he stands in the doorway watching his boyfriend.] No spears or guns, but I can't promise your hands won't be in the air...

Shall we be off then? The flat is already locked up and ready to go when you are.

Turlough smirks, feeling better than he's been in the past few months. He picks up his suitcase, "I think you've had plenty of time deciding on a destination?"

I think I have too. [Alonso laughs and wraps an arm around him to pull him down the stairs] To the planet Pustiski.

"Pustiski?" Turlough smiles following along, "Sounds ...whimsical. This is with the private beaches, yes?"

That's the one. Private beaches and cabanas on a planet covered almost entirely by deserts and tropical oceans.

"Paradise awaits..." Turlough smiles, "Door's open. I'll show you were to put in the coordinates."

[framethestars]

Alonso grins when they enter the TARDIS and drop their bags. "Away we go on a quiet anniversary trip! Do you promise not to go finding trouble?"

"Alonso, Alonso, Alonso..." Turlough tuts and shakes his head, heading to the console and double checking everything. "This keyboard here." He taps the panel space near it for Alonso to use.

[Alonso steps up next to him, plugging in the coordinates of the planet. He smiles and kisses Turlough's cheek,] You can't blame me. You get in almost as much trouble as the Doctor does!

Turlough laughs, "Well, it was certainly never my intention." Turlough circles the console, setting them in motion and there's a slightly smug look on his face as it sets off rather smoothly.

[Once they get going, Alonso moves around the console to hug Turlough from behind and fit their bodies together so his chin is resting on his boyfriend's shoulder.] Looks like you've got this under control here.

"Let's hope so..." Turlough reaches back to touch Alonso's face for a moment, "She does have a mind of her own. Would you like a tour? I can show you around a little. But I'm sure it's changed by the time I'll move in."

[framethestars]

[Alonso nods,] It's much simpler than I remember.. but I suppose they must have gotten bored of it after seven regenerations...

"It looked relatively the same when I was here," Turlough takes his hand, leading him down the hall way. He opens the first door on the left, "This will be my room." It's rather spotless, the bed made with hospital corners. A bit boring.

Will it look different at all when it's yours? [Alonso steps inside to inspect it, frowning at the lack of personality or personalization.] I'm guessing no one uses it now.
