Yeah that's like the whole "Mozart makes babies grow up to be smarter" study. Could it possibly be that, LO AND FUCKING BEHOLD, poor people in areas with shitty schools haven't even heard of mozart themselves. So it's only natural that their children haven't listened to it and since they aren't being given the same educational opportunities, tend to grow up to be less "smart."
