These Dog Owners Should be Shot!!!
These poor 90% shaved animals are way more common than you think here. It's so sad. Lots of them are shivering all the time. :(
Shaved except for their paws....or sometimes, even there paws so they look like skeleton dogs, scary.
I feel so bad for them, they always look so sad.
(Excuse the quality of the pics, it was really dark and was shooting real fast to avoid the owners cathcing me.)
