School Stuff
Interesting fact : just while we’re struggling to know if there is a daycare in Créteil for when we’ll have moved… daycare from Fontenay, near Créteil, contacts us and asks if we want a place for September !
Husband said September nay, but January they should keep for us, just in case…
With the help of G-d, I’ve found through googling that a person is wanting to open a JEWISH SCHOOL in the area !
First, there was a couple who had committed to it, but they got divorced before it started. The people who had settled in the area upon this promise sent to public, sadly.
Then, it has been years that the Consistoire (French rabbinate) is speaking about starting a school system either in my town, or in neighbouring town Roissy en Brie. We still have to see anything.
So this person would be a real rescue if she really opened the school in Esbly… it would be only 15 kilometers from here, and not on a traffic jammed road. It would be a miracle, no other word, that she would find a place, find enough people to make it possible… I’m going to try and motivate all my community to help as soon as she answers my email…
