On Imamother, some posters have insisted it was impossible that in a charedi restaurant there would be a mix of fish and dairy. I ended posting the menu of a Chabad restaurant serving the typical bagels with salmon and cream and pizza with tuna and cheese.
Well, I was recently at a Chabad kiddush and they served mini pizzas with tuna and cheese. The women, including one shtark shtark kashrus fanatic, ate away. My husband told me among the men a few ones refused to eat at all, while some said the problem was only fish and MILK, and most didn't even ask themselves.
