The Tichri magazine of Eden 94 is really kewl. Shana tova from the mayors of the area, stuff about some cool twinnings (Ramat Hasharon and Saint Maur, Kiriat Yam and Créteil, Acco and Saint Mandé). Apparently there's a new glatt and chalak bet Yosef butchery and Biolev the new frum lab. A chinuch article mentions rav Gérard Zyzek, rosh yeshiva, as discussing the benefits of spanking (too bad I don't have it to post on Imamother to get a nice little debate! ;) ).
How tacky, someone paid a magazine to publish a pic of their kid (not a flattering one...) with "Chana tova papi and mamie, Ethan" to surprise the grandparents... tacky tacky tacky
