My favorite is capers, lemon juice, crushed red peppers, olive oil, and garlic over pasta. Soak the tuna in olive oil (fairly generous amount since it is the sauce) for about 15-20 minutes, and pour is over drained pasta that's been added back to it's cooking vessel with the other ingredients. Stir over medium low heat for a minute or so. Delicious.
