I'm so tired of this

This is the 2nd time I've ordered Deadstar Assembly merch from their site and the 2nd fucking time that my order is wrong. Last time I only paid like 60 bucks but this time I spent 180 bucks almost, got everything I ordered EXCEPT the hoodie I've wanted for awhile now. Same thing last time, except last time I was sent the wrong hoodie but I just dealt with it but this time NO HOODIE at all, no letter saying why it wasn't there, no email, nothing, my money wasn't even returned to me; 29.99 that's fucking gone.

I'm so pissed too...I just want that frickin hoodie...v.v
