Son of a ...
I have been held captive between all the bill paying, extra work takin' and 'Halo' slaying, that dealing with writing my book/music has been a burnout for now. I HAVE been writing, but just not as much as I thought as I would be getting done. Empty minutes are desperately needed, or else I have to take a weekend in Alaska or Antarctica for one of those all-day/all-night marathons. I felt my brain burning away as I tried to sleep... It would have been great to just do stuff then, but I had tucked myself in for the night. Repeat until it starts getting to you. I picture getting another heart attack or something before the year's out, but eh... Exciting times
On another note, I'll be doing up another night of 'burlesque spotlight' with (DJ) Osaze at the Reverb for Dec. 15th (look here's a flyer!) More half naked Mat I guess (heh heh)
Apart from that, I thought about going back to T'dad for Xmas this year since summer, but the Government and shallow creditors continue to say otherwise on my behalf... *sigh* I ain't frettin'... after we all go and kick it whenever, those dogs will be serving me water & wine, no matter what hell they try to take me to!!
