I will just move my translations of the C-JeS vs Avex trial here as back-up.
A. Feb 13, 2012 hearing

Rough translation of the Feb 13 hearing of C-jes vs avex:
Next court date: March 22, 2012, 11 am.
Defendant (Avex)
Submit the proof of the losses by March 10, 2012.
Plaintiff (C-JeS)
Cancellation of exclusive contract
Plaintiff needs to submit a brief, until March 16, 2012 the ff financial statements/calculations
1. Unpaid contract money or contractual obligations
2. Loss of profits
3. Accrued liabilities including the interest coming from it since the time of the contract cancellation
C-jes needs to come up with these documents as proof that there was an interference.

Notes:
Seems like avex argued that they lost money due to the 2 concerts held by JYJ during the time that they suspended the contract. C-JeS is asking for the termination of the exclusivity of the contract. Seems like after the suspension, avex didn't pay JYJ anything even though they released cd/dvd + royalties.
Not familiar with legal terms and there are lots of kanjis (cries) so the legal terms might be wrong. Yeah.
B. March 22 hearing

Statement from Zak President, Miyazaki Koichi-san
ZAK president Miyazaki-san submitted a written statement, the contents of which are shocking.
[His statement:]
There were acts of harassment from right wing organization in the year 2011 but it still continued to the next year.
January 31, 2012 - a shotgun shell casing was placed in front of my home. My family (wife and two daughters) were terrified.
As noted above, the company and my family were harassed. As a result, many employees left which is a tremendous blow to the company. Also, I thought my family would fall apart.
I humbly ask the court to please resolve the issue/reach a verdict as soon as possible for the sake of my family and the company.

According to the statement of Miyazaki san, after he found the shotgun shell casing (bullet), he contacted the police station and police officers have come to investigate. The investigation report has been submitted to the court for evidence.
The case is still open. It should be noted that after a month that the case has been filed, Zak Corp has entered into civil rehabilitation proceedings.
Details of the civil rehabilitation omitted.
Since Zak has entered into civil rehabilitation, Zak has withdrawn from the litigation over JYJ's case.
Situation is complicated now and will wait once it's finalized.

Additional info about the shell casing.
The authenticity of statement about the shell casing is being verified. There are some sources who said that the casing was actually mailed (Saitama zip code) instead of being outside Miyazaki-san's house.
Metropolitan Police dept will clarify the issue asap.

[JP Litigation Case]Compensation requested by C-JeS
Since Zak has pulled out of the case, C-JeS has revised the compensation. C-JeS is asking from Avex the following:
1. 150M JPY worth of unpaid contract money
2. 1.2B JPY lost profits
3. 5M JPY alimony to Mr Baek
4. Apology
Next trial date is April 25.

C. April 25, 2012 hearing
Trial of Avex and C-JeS / FC Men in Japan
I. Trial
Avex brought up the Hitachinaka concert that happened last October.
Zak corporation withdrew from the trial because of bankruptcy so they can't participate and support C-JeS.
It's gonna be a long trial. I am keenly aware once again, that it is a tough world.

Note: Based on what I gather, Avex filed another lawsuit against c-jes and zak because of the Hitachinaka concert. If c-jes won this current trial, then this new case is worthless. The next trial date wasn't mentioned but I will be monitoring the blog in case there is another update.
II. FC Men in Japan
Total number of people who attended: 40,789
Media coverage: Japanese media only covered Juno. The audience knows the fact that everyone gathered for Junsu. Even the player from the opposite team, @shizurumurakami has said that.

Details of Complaints of Avex regarding the Hitachinaka concert
Filed: March 22, 2012 Case no. 8301
Plaintiff: Avex
Defendant: C-JeS entertainment / Zak Corp (withdrawn on March 30)
To claim damages of 100M JPY
The next court date is May 29.
Exclusive contract with Avex is 3 years and will be until the end of 2013.
According to a source, Avex will lessen the pressure on JYJ because the existing Tohoshinki still generates large number of sales.
In my own own personal opinion, I feel like the turmoil is lessening. I hope there will be a good ending.
