yesterday
I got off work yesterday and rushed to the nail shop. I got a manicure (with no fake tips lol) and a pedicure. My toes look so damn cute. You all are lucky I don't show people my feet cuz I think that's gross. But I needed that so bad. My feet were starting to look pretty jacked. Just for my own sake, I love pedicures.
After that, i went to the gym for a little over an hour. Worked on one bike for 20 minutes... the more laid back kind where you keep your hands to the side. Then I walked/jogged on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I'm getting more in shape because there was a time I'd get severely winded at 3.3 mph. Yesterday I was at 3.6. Yeah, yeah, I know that's nothing, but we must understand how out of shape I am. When I could, I'd jog for a couple minutes and slow it down. As a cool down, I went on the more upright spinning type bike full speed for 10 minutes. That was a serious triumph right there. Usually I'm full speed for about 30 seconds, then I get tired and barely make 3 revolutions, then I'm at a less than steady pace for 3 minutes, full speed again for 25 seconds, then decide it was a mistake for me to put 10 minutes on the bike because 5 minutes on the bike is way more than enough. (even though only about a minute was work) 10 whole minutes! I'm getting better! I wanted to stay longer, but my gym has tv's on their cardio equipment, and Scrubs had gone on commercial. I wanted to make it back home before the break ended. which i did, thank you gym that's 2 minutes from my house.
then after that bad things happened. But they aren't my bad things to share so I won't. I saw Waiting though, and they couldn't have gotten the customer/server interaction any more accurate. I heard those lines verbatim while waitressing.
And I said that I won't mention a certain person anymore. We all know who that is. I'll just say she's a bitch and the only reason I've talked to her in the last 24 hours is to cuss her bitch ass out cuz she swears she knows everything. i hadn't been responding so she jumped to conclusions and I shut her ass down.
