If morals are different from person to person then why are certain things, like adultry, frowned apon by pretty much everyone?

What you are talking about here is ethics. Morals and ethics have subdle differeneces. For example, morals can be like assertions, they don't really have to have any backing rather than 'this is just the way that i feel.' Ethics, on the other hand, have been accepted on a larger level because ethics have a rational and comprehendbile use, thought process, what have you. In the case you have stated, a moral (with it's popular basis in Exodus 20) has leaked into popular culture and become a taboo, something a "good person" would not succomb to.

We all have some understanding of right and wrong. If you don't, then you are clinically insane and I don't want to talk to you. In this our tubulent adolescent times (did I just say that?) a combination of hormones, changing physical states, and fickle views and relationships with the rest of world distort our beings in ways never thought possible. I know I've questioned myself on what I believe, I pretty much do it everyday, but the point is to not forget why we question ourselves..because in the end we all just want to be good people. Sure, our periods of uncertainty can make us feel lost and helpless, but, like against me! says: "We're all stronger than everything they taught us that we should fear."

right and wrong are completely subjective. they have to be becuase there are infinate variable inour lives and no sitiuation can be recreatedor dealt with exactly the same. all people can somewhat agree on is what others generally feel are right and wrong.
