What's the last thing you wrote?
Nonfiction: First draft of my paper on copyright, culture, and fictional facts.
Fiction: Family, for hp_tarot

Was it any good?
Umm...well, the paper is a draft. But hopefully it will be good.
The fic was only so-so.

What's the first thing you ever wrote that you still have?
Welllll...according to my computer, a report on Prince Edward Island from fifth grade, and several poems from sixth grade.
My parents may still have the illustrated copy of a fairy tale I wrote in fifth grade, but the digital version is gone.

Not anymore

Not anymore of that either

Ugh.

By reading.

Type, expect for rare occasions when I am out of reach of my laptop.

Yes

Do you ever go back to an old idea long after you abandoned it?
I would like to, but don't really have the time.

What's your favorite thing that you've written?
Fallen.

What's everyone else's favorite thing that you've written?
Um...not sure, but The Secret got a lot of reviews back in its heyday.

Who's your favorite constructive critic?
Um...don't really have one, my writing is so scattered.

Did you ever write a novel?
Hell no.

Have you ever written fantasy, sci-fi, or horror?
Yes, yes, and not really.

Ever written romance or teen angsty drama?
Heh. Yes and yes.

What's one genre you have never written, and probably never will?
Mystery, as in a proper detective story. I love them, but can't string together the elements necessary.

How many writing projects are you working on right now?
Actively, two papers, mulling around, one idea for a novel.

Do you want to write for a living?
No, I actually like this law thing better.

For my school literary magazine.

Yes, way back in the fifth grade =D

Yes, for school.

At the moment, "problematic"

Yes, Fallen was heavily based on my feelings at the time, other works to a lesser extent, and I've written various personal essays.

Hmm...Evelyn, probably.

Where do you get ideas for your characters?
...out of my head.

Do you ever write based on your dreams?
No, I never remember them clearly enough.

Do you prefer happy endings, sad endings, or cliff-hangers?
Happy, but not too happy.

Have you ever written anything based on an artwork you've seen?
Don't think so.

Are you concerned with spelling and grammar as you write?
Yes, but I often type too fast and miss something.

Ever write something entirely in chatspeak?
...no. I never even had conversations in chats in chatspeak.

Does music help you write?
Sometimes, but that may have just been my songfic phase >.<

Are people surprised and confused when they find out you write well?
Not that I know of
