As to the pot can't kill you issue, I found the original source, which explains if someone dies with both heroin and pot in their system, both are listed on the death certificate and double counted, BUT, in another chart, they had the number of times a drug is listed alone of the death certificate, which was only 2 for pot. There were 6 times as many aspirin-only deaths.
