Shop small ...
Today was small business Saturday, when everybody is encouraged to shop their local merchants rather than big box or chain stores. My fiend and I felt we ought to do this and we had such a good time. We went to a vintage boutique called Flower Child where I found these ... Which made me laugh.
I brought two ornaments for Brendan and Jenn for their tree. After, we went to a store called Lion and Blue where I brought two gorgeous scarves -- one for my sister and one for me because I couldn't resist!
Keeping with the theme, we went to Root Where we indulged in lattes and organic biscotti. Totally delicious and a perfect way to end my shopping day.
